FAQs
We work with small and medium-sized organisations across a wide range of sectors, including hospitality, technology, retail, healthcare, housing, finance, charities and professional services. Our programmes are tailored to meet the unique challenges and goals of each organisation.
Green Key specialises in leadership, management development, workplace communication, customer services and workplace wellbeing. Some of the sectors we work with include technology, hospitality and customer services.
Success is measured by more than attendance. During training we focus on helping participants apply their learning in the workplace, leading to improved confidence, stronger leadership, better communication, enhanced customer experiences and positive behavioural change. Many departments and business functions have KPI’s that can be used as the basis for measurement of learning effectiveness. However your organisation leadership also has a role to play in the overall success of bridging the gap between learning and development and skills application in the workplace.
It begins with a conversation. We’ll discuss your organisation’s goals, challenges and priorities before recommending a tailored learning solution that delivers the greatest value and impact.
The main steps are as follows:
- Initial meeting and agreement on the project approach and programme outline to meet the agreed goals.
- Discussion and agreement on how delivery effectiveness will be measured.
- Pre-course preparation that includes participant questionnaires and other forms of assessment that might be appropriate in accordance with project goals.
- Generating anonymous examples of situations that can be used in the training as role play, cases etc.
- Development of programme content including exercises, role play and case studies in accordance with project goals
- Final discussion on content and approach.
- Updates and changes.
- Delivery.
- De-brief and review.
- 3-month follow up
Learning and development is not a stand-alone solution, it is part of a complete programme, including support after training to encourage change. The value of learning is measured by the difference it makes in the workplace. We work with you to identify clear objectives from the outset, ensuring learning supports your organisational goals and delivers measurable, lasting results. Post training we meet to discuss results and ensure sufficient support is in place to continue the development drive.
