We can coach individuals on a 1-2-1 basis targeting specific individual needs and in small groups where individual development needs are similar.
This depends on the individual and location. Most 1-2-1 sessions after the first one will be online. For small groups a combination of in person and online can be very effective.
Coaching is more focused to the individual’s needs and takes place on a regular basis over a defined period with the coachee sharing his/her situations and actions as the foundation for learning. Whereas training is usually addressed to a group and focused to the company/department goals and objectives that were agreed beforehand. Training may vary in length depending on the goals.
This depends on the initial conversation and goals you wish to achieve, as well as the number of possible participants.
